Follow the publisher's video to help you do some relaxing breathing. Sit comfortably. Close your eyes. Breathe in slowly.... hold it gently... breathe out s l o w l y.
Look around you. What makes you feel quiet and peaceful? Make a list to help you the next time you feel uncertain, worried, or stressed.
Using watercolor paint, light colored crayons, pencils, or markers, draw a relaxing picture.
There are many resources on the internet to help slow your breathing until you feel quiet again.
